We expect the candidate to have/be able to:

– Have experience working with Google UAC and other Google advertising sources for more than 2 years – understand the Google infrastructure, how to work with campaign settings, and analytics;
– Understand all related processes: basics of html and js, cloaking, tracking, setting up pushes and SDK;
– Have at least 1 year of team management experience;
– Be able to work with budgets and manage risks.

Main responsibilities:

– Management of a team of media buyers with different levels of theoretical and practical knowledge, team qualifications improvement;
– Collection and analysis of data, reporting on the effectiveness and results of team advertising campaigns;
– Optimization and management of the team’s budget, risk management with budget planning for the period;
– Search and implementation of new approaches, research on the market and competitors;
– Collaboration with other departments, including financial, farming, design, development, etc.
